An industrious day. We did our first art lesson today. After reading from our art book, we looked at some paintings mainly. I asked the kids what they saw in the pictures, were they 'happy' or a 'sad' paintings, were they peaceful or action-filled, etc. They enjoyed exploring the art and answering the questions as much as I did asking. Here are just a couple of paintings we looked at today:
