Bullock Texas State History Museum: Our Global Kitchen, Food, Nature, Culture

Our Global Kitchen was an interesting and interactive exposition about food. We were able to take a closer look at the past and present of food in many cultures around the world.

These 'vignettes' of different eras with the typical foods people ate then were most interesting. Here's a vignette from the early 1800s England.
